A devastating nuclear war has left society crumbling and its citizens mutated. Nukey is a pet-named punk rock scientist working for the military - when he isn't romping around the slums and serving his own hedonistic agenda. Though brain damage has impacted his memory, high-ranking figures soon recognize his ostentatious presence as a thorn in their side. It's only a matter of time before Nukey is forced to address a plot for a new world order involving a mysterious substance created before his mental decline... making one last attempt to regain his self-respect.
